"On May 30, 2025,late in the afternoon, we called the State Farm In.Co. office of the Jackie Zupo Agency. My son and myself talked to Arely Robelledo, the sales and service rep. Our purpose for the call was to add on to our policy an additional vehicle. Arely made our call both enjoyable and informative taking us through the process of adding the 18 year old vehicle to the policy, which already had four vehicles on it. She answered all questions and inquiries both directly and professionally, making the call and our conversation with her extremely satisfying. All emails with the information and documents that had to be signed were sent and received within minutes after we concluded our phone call. Today I signed and sent back by email the signed documents requested by Arely. We want to thank her for handling this matter with extreme professionalism and courtesy.
